What is the return policy?
We offer free return shipping — our company covers all costs if you need to send an item back. Simply contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label and easy instructions.
Are your items unisex?
Our collection is designed with clean, relaxed silhouettes that suit all body types and stay true to size. Most pieces are unisex, but we also offer women’s T-shirts for those who prefer a more fitted style.
When will I get my order?
For new drops, please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process all incoming orders, followed by an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery. These items are shipped directly from our supplier once production is complete.
We ship new drops together in coordinated batches rather than individually — this approach reduces waste, minimizes transportation emissions, and helps us keep our process more sustainable.
For in-stock items available in our collection store, delivery is much faster — typically 1–3 business days within Sweden.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our organic garments are produced in a certified factory located in Tamil Nadu, Southern India. The facility undergoes annual audits to ensure full compliance with the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) Code of Labour Practices, based on International Labour Organisation (ILO) standards.
All production is GOTS-certified, meaning the entire process — from materials to final garment — meets the strictest organic and ethical standards. Every product is labelled as organic.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always included in the total price of your purchase. There are no additional fees — we cover all shipping costs, and delivery to your location is completely free.
