What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we offer free return shipping and will replace it right away. Because each piece is custom-made, we’re only able to offer size or style exchanges within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. We’re always here to help with sizing or questions before you order to make sure you get the perfect fit.

If your item is faulty or damaged, simply contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label and easy instructions.
Are your items unisex?
Yes, all our pieces are unisex. Our collection is designed with clean, relaxed silhouettes that suit all body types and stay true to size.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days to all EU countries. We work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Our fulfillment team carefully inspects, packs, and ships each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we aim to provide a fast and reliable experience for all customers across Europe.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our garments are made in partnership with Stanley/Stella, a certified sustainable apparel company. All Stanley/Stella products are ethically manufactured in carefully selected partner factories in Bangladesh.
These facilities are audited annually and operate in full compliance with the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) Code of Labour Practices, based on International Labour Organisation (ILO) standards. Each factory ensures safe working conditions, fair wages, and respect for workers’ rights.
All production is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), meaning the entire process — from organic cotton cultivation to the finished garment — meets the highest ethical and environmental requirements. Every item we offer is certified organic and crafted responsibly from start to finish.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always included in the total price of your purchase if you are based in Sweden. There are no additional fees we cover all shipping costs, and delivery to your location is completely free. For EU countries the shipping fee is a flat rate of 50 sek or around 5 EUR.
