1. Shipping Regions
EVERWEAR currently ships orders only within the European Union (EU).
We do not offer shipping outside the EU at this time.
2. Processing and Handling Time
All orders are custom made and are usually processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Options and Rates
Sweden
Shipping is included in the product price. There are no additional shipping fees.
Other EU countries
A flat 50 SEK (approximately 5 EUR) shipping fee applies per order.
This applies to both home delivery and parcel point / pickup point delivery.
We work with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, Bring, or similar services, depending on destination and availability.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Orders within Sweden and other EU countries are typically delivered within 1–7 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can follow your delivery.
6. Taxes and Duties
All prices on our website include Swedish VAT.
Because we only ship within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
7. Delays and Delivery Issues
EVERWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions.
If your order appears delayed or missing, contact us at info@everwearclothing.se and we will help investigate with the carrier.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect from a pickup point, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange a solution.
