Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we offer free return shipping and will replace it right away. Because each piece is custom-made, we’re only able to offer size or style exchanges within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We’re always here to help with sizing or questions before you order to make sure you get the perfect fit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@everwearclothing.se. If your exchange or return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and reach out as soon as possible if something is wrong. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because all garments are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. We do not keep stock that can be resold or exchanged.

We strongly encourage reviewing our size chart and product details before ordering. If you’re unsure about sizing, fit, or materials, contact us at info@everwearclothing.se—we’re happy to help.

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases due to safety regulations.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

While EU law normally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, this does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products. Since all our items are made to order, this exemption applies.
However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you retain full rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.

This form is included as required by EU law, but withdrawal rights do not apply to custom-made items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
