OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

WHERE TRANSPARENCY BEGINS

How our clothes come to life

Every piece we create begins long before it reaches your wardrobe. It starts with the people, materials, and choices that shape how we work from the ground up.

At Everwear, we believe in doing things the right way, not the fast way. Our approach is built on connection and care for the planet, for the makers, and for you. We work with trusted partners who share our values of transparency, fairness, and sustainability.

Our garments are sourced from responsible manufacturers that use certified organic and recycled materials, produced under verified ethical and environmental standards. Printing and fulfilment are managed through an on-demand model that eliminates overproduction and reduces waste.

By staying intentional about the partners we choose and the processes we support, we ensure that every garment reflects what we stand for: quality, integrity, and mindful design.

The garments

Each garment starts with carefully selected materials that balance quality, comfort, and responsibility. Our collections are made primarily from certified organic cotton, grown without harmful chemicals or genetically modified seeds, and complemented by recycled fibres that give existing materials a second life. The result is fabric that is soft to the touch, breathable, and built to last.

The cotton is spun, knitted, and finished in modern facilities that follow Fair Wear Foundation standards, ensuring safe workplaces, fair wages, and dignity for every person involved in production. These sites operate with strict environmental controls, including advanced water treatment and responsible chemical management, to protect both workers and local ecosystems.

Our partners continue to invest in cleaner energy and smarter production methods, with a shared goal of reducing carbon emissions by 30 percent by 2030. By combining expert craftsmanship with verifiable sustainability, we create clothing that not only feels good to wear but also represents genuine care for how it was made.

Print & production

Our printing and fulfilment are managed through Printful, a production partner that supports responsible, on-demand manufacturing. Most items are printed only after they are ordered, which significantly reduces overproduction and waste. This approach ensures we create what is needed, when it is needed, without excess.

Printing is completed using high-quality, water-based inks that are free from harmful chemicals and safe for both people and the environment. Modern, energy-efficient equipment helps maintain consistent results while keeping resource use to a minimum.

Each order is carefully produced, checked for quality, and shipped in packaging that is largely recyclable and free from unnecessary plastic. By producing on demand and storing only essential products, we avoid the need for large warehouses or long-distance stock movement, helping to lower our overall footprint.

Through this thoughtful process, every garment is made with purpose, finished with care, and delivered directly to you, reducing impact without compromising on quality or creativity.

The Journey - From us to you

When your order is ready, it is packed at our fulfilment partner’s facility and shipped directly to you. We work with a network of trusted global couriers to deliver efficiently while keeping emissions as low as possible through smart routing and regional production.

Each parcel is packed by hand using minimal, recyclable materials that protect your garment without creating unnecessary waste. Most packaging is plastic-free, and where plastic is required, recycled or responsibly sourced alternatives are used whenever possible.

Our delivery system is designed to be simple and transparent. From the fulfilment centre to your doorstep, every step is handled with care and attention. If something is not right once your order arrives, our return process remains straightforward and fair, because sustainability also means creating products that people genuinely want to keep.

The journey from production to delivery is the final part of a process built on responsibility, quality, and trust. Every order reflects the same values that guide how we make our clothes: considered, honest, and made to last.

Those who make it happen

Behind every garment are the people who make it possible. Cutters, printers, packers, and designers who believe in doing things right, not fast. Each person involved shares a commitment to quality, fairness, and transparency.

We work with teams and suppliers who value open communication and accountability. Together, we build clothing that reflects care at every step, from the first fiber to the finished piece. Our supply chain isn’t defined by machines or numbers; it’s built on trust, purpose, and shared progress.

At Everwear, we know that progress is a journey. Every decision we make is deliberate, shaped by a constant effort to do better. From the fields where our cotton grows to the studio where your pieces are printed, we stand behind every part of what we create.

Responsibility also means giving back. Ten percent of our profits are donated to causes and organizations that make a real difference, extending our values beyond the clothes themselves.

We believe good clothing should feel right in every sense of the word: in how it’s made, in how it’s worn, and in the change it helps create.

Together with unions, NGOs, and local partners, Fair Wear helps ensure fair pay, safe workplaces, and dignity for every worker in the supply chain. Because ethical fashion starts with the people who make it.
