All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days across the EU. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your delivery.
Shipping is free within Sweden, and a flat rate of 50 SEK (≈5 EUR) applies to all other EU countries. We currently do not deliver outside the EU.
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we offer free return shipping and will replace it right away. Because each piece is custom-made, we’re only able to offer size or style exchanges within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. We’re always here to help with sizing or questions before you order to make sure you get the perfect fit.
If your item is faulty or damaged, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label and easy instructions.
Manufacturing
Our garments are made in partnership with Stanley/Stella, a certified sustainable apparel company. Their products are ethically manufactured in audited partner factories in Bangladesh, fully compliant with Fair Wear Foundation and ILO standards.
All production is GOTS-certified, ensuring every item from organic cotton to finished garment meets the highest ethical and environmental standards.

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
This garment is certified organic under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), label grade “Organic”, by Control Union (licence CB-GOTS-CUC-03-819434).
GOTS is the world’s leading standard for processing organic fibres covering every stage from environmental and social criteria to independent supply chain audits.
Stanley/Stella is certified by Control Union to produce and supply GOTS-approved products. They are also licensed to use the GOTS logo on any product that meets the standard.
Please note: Only unprinted (unprocessed) items can carry the GOTS logo directly.
FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always included in the total price of your purchase if you are based in Sweden. There are no additional fees we cover all shipping costs, and delivery to your location is completely free. For EU countries the shipping fee is a flat rate of 50 sek or around 5 EUR.
